How to Place an Order at Masoko.

Placing an order is Easy and Simple.

You can Place your order at anytime.

Here are the Steps on how to Place or Shop Goods(Phones) at Masoko.

1. Visit or Log on Masoko Website, "Masoko.com"
2. See the Variety of Goods by keying the Product on the "Search Bar" or Using the Shopping Category Menu.
3. Browse the "Category Menu," ie Clothes, Smartphones, Utensils, and More...
4. Once You Find the Product your Looking for, Select or Click on it to "Add to Cart "
5. When Adding to a Number of Goods, A pop up on the side will spear, Giving you the Option to either Continue Shopping or to "Check Out."
6. Once You Finsh with Your Shopping, Click on "My Cart" to Check Out.
7. If you have a Masoko Account and you have not logged on, you'll be Promoted to Sign in to your Account or If you do not have a Masoko Account, You'll he required/requested to "Register" and Create a New account if this is your first Order. You can also Check Out as a Guest.
8. Enter the Shipping Address, Choose a Shipping Method and Enter your Payment information.
9. Click to "Place an Order" and be Keen when Providing with the right information.
10. Once Payment has gone through, You will then receive an email with the Full Order Details, and Text that the Order Has Confirmed.

Paying Masoko Using Mpesa in Kenya.

Masoko Company has launched several Means of Payment.

Here they are,

• Goods on Delivered. (Doesn't Work)
• Using Mpesa.
• Visa Card.
• Master Card.
• Bonga Points. (5 bonga points =1kshs.)

Now here are the Steps when Paying using Mpesa;

1. Just Go to your Mpesa Menu.
2. Then to Lips Na Mpesa.
3. Enter the Masoko Paybill Number.
4. Business Number.
5. The Account Number. Ie Sometimes you may use your Phone Number that You registered on Masoko as the Account Number.
6. Enter the Amount of Your Order, Please Do not Overpay or Under pay Your Order. 
7. Enter your Mpesa PIN Number not your Masoko PIN. 

Note* Keep Your Mpesa PIN Number Secured.

- Do not Overpay or under pay your Order.

- No Decimal point Payments, ie 130.50.
- Delivery Fees must be Played in order to receive your Goods.
- Your ID Card is the Main References document when receiving your Goods.
