- Enter your Mobile Banking PIN.
- Select Balance Enquiry.
- Reply with 1 (YES)
After that, you will receive your bank balance instantly on your Phone.

- Dial * 522# ( For Free)
- Select 1 Banking Enquiry.
- Choose KCB Account.
- Select Account.
- Enter your Mobile Banking PIN.
- Confirm with 1 (YES).
Wait for a Confirmation Message on your Bank Balance Statement.
How to Withdraw Cash From KCB Bank Account to MPesa via USSD Code.
- Dial *522# or *225#.
- Select Send Money.
- Choose Send to Mpesa
- Select KCB Account as a Source of Funds.
- Enter the Phone Number to receive the Cash.
- Enter the Amount to Transfer.
- Enter Mobile Banking PIN.
- Confirm details and press ok to Submit your Transaction.
You will receive a Message from both KCB Bank and Mpesa about the Transaction.
