How to register a SHA Document.
Registrations is easy done in three process,
a) Online Registrations.
b) USSD Code.
c) Visit Huduma Center or SHA Agents.
Register via USSD Code. *147#
This is done via USSD Code *147# verified by Government of Kenya.
• Just Dial *147# on your Phone.
• Accept Terms and Conditions.
• Enter your National ID Number.
•Follow the Prompt Steps as your Creating your Account.
Note that , Never ever forget your SHA PIN when you are creating your Account. This PIN will help you to Log into your Account anytime.
Register Via Online.
• Visit SHA Website or Afya yangu portal.
• Click "register individual" or "register employe" button.
• fill the Form provided with your personal details.
• After that, then press the button Proceed to Submit your information.
• After that then your done registering your Account.
• You can also Download Your SHA Document if you need to print it.
Visiting Huduma Center or SHA Agents.
At this moment there are no SHA Agents Wide so your advice to to Visit Huduma Center while having an Original National ID Card, Alien ID or Refugee ID.
Agents will guide you through the registration Process.
